Her friends and family witnessed her talent awakening early on. She took to parading and performing for guests that visited her family’s home in Houston,TX. She never shied away from an opportunity to exhibit her skills. The artist within had found her muse. From funny voices to impersonations, silly songs, or a traditional Indian dance, Serena knew how to capture a crowd.

 

As her talent would make way for her presence, Serena was offered her first movie role while attending the University of Houston where she received her Bachelors in Business & Marketing. Her silver screen and lead role debut as Janvi Valia. Lions Gate Films, “Dude, Where’s the Party?” was internationally embraced by fans as far as India and as close as the neighborhood Blockbuster. Her career took an unexpected yet welcomed turn soon after Grad School where she received her MBA . Serena’s “silly voices” turned out to be not so silly when she discovered a natural talent in voice-acting. Over the course of eight years, she has lent her voice to more than 50 Japanimation series and the list goes on. Serena currently travels nationally from Los Angeles to Texas to wherever work may find her…
